Hemi Thaker, a founder of Anue Systems, is a successful entrepreneur, technologist and industry leader. In addition to Anue Systems, Hemi started four companies including Sybarus, a fabless semiconductor development company, which Lucent Technologies purchased in 1999. He has also led technology development teams at Fujitsu, Nortel Networks and Agere Systems.

Hemi is passionate about solving complex customer problems using leading-edge technology. It is this passion that resulted in Hemi receiving the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year® 2011 Award for Central Texas.

A native of Edmonton, Alberta, Hemi has a bachelor's degree in computer engineering from the University of Alberta and a master's degree in electrical engineering from the University of Waterloo. Hemi has 14 patents granted.

Alex Pepe has more than 25 years of experience in the technology industry, with 15 years in executive leadership roles. Prior to joining Anue, he spent six years as a senior vice president with Freescale Semiconductor where he led global operations, including all manufacturing, procurement and supply chain. Previous to this, Alex served as general manager of one of Motorola’s embedded microcontroller business segments and has held executive level positions in strategy and business development, factory operations and engineering. He has served as a member of the Anue Board of Directors since 2009.

Alex earned a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from Colorado State University.

Charles "Chip" Webb, a founder of Anue Systems, is responsible for the creation and development of the network emulation platform. With more than 20 years of experience in the design and architecture of high-speed networking products, Chip presents regularly at industry conferences, including WSTS and ITSF. In addition, he contributes to standards development at ITU-T and TIA. Prior to founding Anue Systems, Chip was a distinguished member of technical staff at Bell Laboratories. His responsibilities included leading teams developing technologies for fiber optic networks, HDTV and wireless communications.

Chip holds a master’s degree in electrical engineering from Columbia University and a bachelor’s degree, with honors, from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He has co-authored five technical papers and has 17 patents, with eight more pending.

Kevin Przybocki, a founder of Anue Systems, has more than 20 years of management experience in high-growth technology companies. Previously he held operations, marketing and general management positions in companies including MIPS Computer Systems, Silicon Graphics, Boston Scientific and Bain and Company. Prior to founding Anue Systems, Kevin served as the general manager in a subsidiary of Finisar Corporation, a leading provider of fiber optic communications products.

Kevin has bachelor's and master's degrees in engineering from MIT and a Master of Business Administration from Harvard.

Keith joined Anue Systems in 2007 and has more than 25 years of industry experience in general management, marketing, sales and engineering positions with companies including Cirrus Logic, Motorola, 3Com and United Telecom. Prior to joining Anue Systems, Keith was vice president and general manager of the Embedded Products Division at Cirrus Logic and previously served as general manager of the Motorola Network Communication Systems Division. Previous to Motorola, Keith served as vice president and general manager of the Communications Division of Cirrus Logic.

Keith holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science degree in computer science from the University of Kansas.

Larry Hart, a global technology leader, brings more than 15 years of experience in the technology market to Anue Systems where he is responsible for leading marketing, corporate strategy and business development. Previously, Larry was Sr. Director for Dell’s networking business. During his 12 year tenure at Dell, he led various aspects of the business including product marketing, product management and business development in the storage and networking business groups. Prior to this, he led sales and marketing for the Information Technology Center at Baylor University.

Larry holds a Bachelor of Science degree in engineering and a Master of Business Administration from Texas A&M University. He holds one patent, with one more pending.

Paul Hardin leads the manufacturing, procurement and planning organizations. Paul joined Anue in 2011 after more than 32 years in the semiconductor industry at Motorola and Freescale. During that time he held a wide range of operational and leadership roles including engineering, manufacturing, supplier development and project management.

Paul has a history of driving continuous improvement, and for the past five years he focused on implementing Lean systems across Freescale’s production and business organizations.
